Put new pulley in position.
Put the belt back on.
Remove the belt, then remove the bolt holding in the idler pulley.
There is a crankshaft pulley, alternator pulley, power steering pump pulley, AC pulley, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, etc.
Just buy a bypass pulley and bolt it on.
