For side doors, Very carefully with a flat blade screw driver and pry around edge of covers over spkrs. near corners between grills or center and side of door cover . Once off, should be able to see screws or possibly rivets holding spkr. in place. If you do have rivets, drill them out and after installing new spkrs., find appropriate size screws to fit in holes. For rear doors, insert flatblade screw driver under grill and gently pry off. Once off, you'll need grill to drill rivets out to remove spkrs and find appropriate size screws to mount spkrs. in again. Good luck. Word of an owners of this type of van who had to get all 4 spkrs. rebuilt due to dry rot and had to figure out how with no info but it isn't hard if your good with taking things apart and reassembling. Worse case scenario you break a grill and they can be replaced.
