First remove the Negative terminal from the battery ...then disconnect the wires attached to the starter taking note where you took the wires from....then theres two bolts that hold the starter to the engine block..remove them both....and reinstall your new starter bolting it to the engine first then attaching your wires.. then put the negative cable back on the battery
