Almost the same as any other car, find the upper radiator hose, it is a larger supple rubber hose that connects the top of the radiator to the engine block. Remove it from the engine block, there is most likely a bracket which would house the thermostat, simply remove this housing, scrape the old gasket material away, replace the thermostat and install a new gasket. Also, you don't need to crank down on these bolts like your life depends on it, just snug them well. Reattach the radiator hose and top of your coolant if you lost any.
