Then remove the cowling around the wheel well that is in front of the wheel. This is tricky because it is held in place with plastic push-in screws and metal screws. This section of cowling paritially wraps around the the front of the car, under the bumper. Once it is off, which should take about 30 minutes, you will see the washer reservoir and pump very clearly.
