Don't scratch the aluminum. Remove all traces of gasket from pan flange. Using a small ball peen hammer, carefully knock the pan bolt holes in the flange back so the dent faces the bolt head. In other words, so that when the pan is tightened, the flange will push back to straight. Do not use shop towels as they will leave lint. Most dangerous. Do not use sealer. Use the cork gasket and tighten the bolts diagonally opposite from each other. Do not tighten too much but go back over all 2 or 3 times to cause them to set. The gasket should not bulge out around the bolt. Reinstall the drain tube. Fill with Type F atf. It should take a little under 3 quarts.
