Purchase a new Flasher Relay so you will know what it looks like. The Flasher Relay is located to the right of the steering column, mounted to bottom of instrument panel carrier. It simply pulls out and the new one pushes back in.

Ok look under the steering wheel, there is a small pull out box, open and there should be a silver round large looking THING (flasher), pull that out and replace the flasher its about $5.
