try replacing the battery in your remote, and then you may need to reprogram your remote so make sure you know hwo to do that according to your owners manual.
fireplace dont work
replaced battery and now remote doesnt work . how do you reprogram remote
replace the remote
You have to go to the dodge dealer and have them reprogram it using their scan tool.
Start by replacing the battery in the remote.
First guess; the battery is dead. If you replace the battery and that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to have the dealer reprogram the remote for your lock code.
There could be a few reasons why your garage remote is not working after replacing the battery. It's possible that the battery was not installed correctly, the remote needs to be reprogrammed, or there could be an issue with the remote itself. Try checking the battery installation, consulting the manual for reprogramming instructions, or contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.
remove your battery cable for about 5 min or so, then replace it, then turn truck on and turn radio ac heater electric windows...headlights etc..run all elect functions.......computer then will reprogram.....it should work.........
It means the battery is one of your remote keyfobs needs replacing. Probably the one you use the most.It means the battery in your key remote control is low and needs replacing. A Key FOB is your key with a built in remote control for your car.
