To reset the ecu, simply disconnect the battery terms for 90 sec. People say 60 sec. but I do 90 just in case. When you say "relearn", do you mean learn the same program that's already written in the ecu, or do you mean learn a completely different set of commands? If it is the first one, an ecu immedietly starts to follow the same commands but it can take a while if something has been altered such as AFR. This will cause the car to run rich or lean.
