I have Pacifica 2005. Had problem with immobilizer. Took time for shop to figure out that it is PCU (computer) fails to read immobilizer signal. I use a scan tool after repairing the failure that set the code.
On your dash, press the menu button until you reach the service mileage, the press the reset button to reset count (actually counts down from number set). Once done, press menu until out and back to compass.
