"A diagostic" is a loose term for troubleshooting. It clearly depends on the trouble your having as to how you trouble shoot.
I have a 2002 ford focus and it just started to run rough. I found a broken tube on the exhaust manifold that runs to the intake manifold and I am wondering what is tube and if it is causing my problem?

This is a diagnostic process. If the coolant isn't low and the fan will run when the AC is turned on it will need a Mechanic to Diagnose.

I was looking at the 2002 Ford Thunderbird Owner Guide and it shows that the vehicle is designed to run on " premium " unleaded gasoline , 91 octane or higher , it doesn't show anything about E-85 ( so I would say no )
