Idle speed is computer controlled and is not adjustable. If the speed is incorrect you could have a sensor or actuator malfunction. Other causes include a vacuum leak.

You don't, it is done electronically.
The airbag computer has detected a malfunction and set a code.
As far as I've been told, the idle is set by the pump? So if it's low the pump might need rebuilding soon.
Autozone.com his a free online repair manual for the Dodge Intrepid and many other make and models. Also if your engine is a 3.5L V6 the water pump is driven by the timing belt, which would require you to set the engine at TDC and take the belt off.

Cam sensor on 1996 Dodge intrepid 3.5 V6 is on the driver's side on top where the cam gear turns on the front of the engine.. Usually has a 90 deg. connector for the wires.. MUST be air gapped correctly to work proplerly.. DO NOT Bottom the sensor out against the cam gear unless the new sensor has a card board disc glued to the end of the sensor to set the gap... Good luck!
The clock on the radio can be set by two buttons found to the right on the display screen. H for hour and M for minute.
