Ok man! this is very simple and you CAN NOT mess up the engine if the timing is off cause the valves don't interfere with the pistons.
what your gonna wanna do is find a indent or center punch or anything like that on the Top Gear. Then your gonna wanna take the pulley off from the drive shaft and you should see a key way use that key way as a guide. get both the key way and the divit lined straight up as best you can, and put the belt on. try it out and you should be good! if its close try moving the belt in either direction about a tooth or so depending on how far off it is. if it doesn't work let me know Ive done a few Ill get yah rolling!

IN FRONT OF THE GAS TANK
parts store, junkyard, or online
on my 92 tracker with 1.6 motor i get about 20 to 21 to the gal.
When you replace the timing belt you should replace the water pump and tensioner pulley as well. It may save you in labor costs down the road. But, all together it is about $500.
its the RAR valve.
and the question is? what color is it. where is it. how do i test it. can you sell me one ?
the tires could fit, but will rub when you turn. I have a 92 Tracker, but they are the same style i believe.
I own a 92 year tracker and mine is in the glove box. Just reach in feel on top and pull lever.
