You are going to have lots of fun trying to accomplish this task because like mine this vehicle has a computer controlled timing and ignition system. You will have to contact a dealer about the actual procedure to do this because there is a certain method to doing this , there is a pcm module under the driver seat which controls this system and it has to reset. but you just can't unplug it otherwise the engine will not run at all which it needs to be in order to do this.
