There is no fuel line shutoff, however, you can depressurize the fuel system. Find and unplug the fuel system relay. Then try to crank the vehicle. (It shouldn't crank.) Next, take off the negative battery cable for safety. There will be some gas in the lines, but it shouldn't keep draining from the tank. It shouldn't spray, but it will drain a bit.

The intake temperature sensor is located on the side of the air filter case on a 2003 Chevy Silverado 4.3 1500. It is on the top of the engine.
You don't. It is considerd a non servicable item. It is part of the fuel pump module.
