Pull shift lever handle straight up and off the lever.
Use small screw driver to wedge out lever bezel, pull out bulb, remove bezel.
You see there are 2 screws below you have to remove.
Use small screw driver to wedge out 4wd handle bezel, pull out bulb, remove bezel.
remove 2 screws at the bottom of the storage bin.
You may have to pull 4wd shift all the way backwards.
Console should then come out.
