First undo the seatbelts for the thrid row, you will be able to release them by pressing in on the inside of the buckle. then pull the lever on the back of the seat towards the leftside of the vehicle and the seat will lay down, after it is laying down there is a black handle in the center bottom backside of seeat, lift it up and then lift entire seat up and pull it back so it doesnt slide back into locking brackets. If you still have your spare tire in the back, turn the seat sideways to get it out
