Remove brake caliper then caliper mounting frame, held to knuckle by 2 bolts lower down.
take the calliper off/2bolts from the back side/ and use the hummer
dodge caravan front brake rotors should come off after removing the brake caliper. first check for any hardware that may hold the rotor in place, then hit the rotor with a hammer, in between the wheel mounting studs. (not on the area where the brake pads make contact. this should knock the rotor loose. good luck.
Bad tire, bent rim, warped brake rotor, bad cv shaft........
I had the same thing on my 2002 caravan sport and I changed the caliper, rotor, and pads and no more clicking.
Untill it reaches the minimum thickness indicated on the rotor. It depends on how much is taken off each time
remove tire un bolt and hold the caliper out of the way the rotor just slides on the studs
Bad coil? Bad rotor? Bad distributor cap? Bad Ballast resistor?
You remove the brake caliper, at this point, the rotor will come off.
Remove brake caliper and then caliper mounting frame . Rotor is now free.
Minimum thickness is .8898 in.
You first remove the caliper, then the caliper mounting bracket. Then the rotor is free.
They have to be pressed out mechanically. Mitsubishi blew it on this design.
