meaning of double hump
The double hump camel, also known as the Bactrian camel, is distinguished from other camel species by its two humps on its back, while other camel species like the dromedary camel have only one hump. Additionally, the Bactrian camel is native to Central Asia and has a thicker coat to withstand colder temperatures compared to other camel species.
A humpbacked camel. Well, true, but the specific description for a double-humped camel is - Bactrian camel. A single-humped camel is called a dromedary (FYI)
a camel's hump is located at the back of a camel.

I was unable to find that exact number at mortec.com, however if you have a set of 3991492's, they are very possibly a set of 70-up LT1 camel hump heads with 64 cc chambers. These would be valuable heads.
202 heads are double hump and the regular small block has single hump.
