How do you test a ecm on a Geo Tracker?

What year, what engine, auto or manual?

The simplest way that I have ever tested them is in the truck.

1990-1995 the capacitors were junk and caused a no start. They are very easy to change though. If the injector circuit is blow that to easy to fix.
