There sould be 3 screws on the bottom were the mirror sits on the platform bracket, thigten them up

unbolt the mirror from the car and look inside the mirror for a bolt to tighten, don't remember if it can be tightened or not.
take off the inside panel and tighten the mirror. I did it and it is easy once you get the panel off which is not so easy.
The mirror is held on by bolts on the inside of the door.
Need to check if it getting power, if it is... the mirror needs replacing.
