haynes repair manual for 1993 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer
Press Clock button and hold then use seek and tune button to ajust hour and minute.
Usually the timing on a Ford Ranger is set as a part of a general tune-up. The price of doing so in included in the price of most tune-ups and it's wise to have it set in the same period of time that you'd get your oil changed in order to retain peak performance.
Power loss in a 93 Ford Ranger 3.0 is often caused by a dirty hair filter, weak spark, and worn plugs. Performing an engine tune-up will often restore much of the power loss.

If its like my 99 ranger, just press and hold the CLK button on the stereo, then use the < SEEK > and < TUNE > buttons for up and down hours and minutes. Good luck!
Make sure the radio is on. Then hold the clock button and use the seek and tune buttons to change the hours and minutes respectively
