To turn on the factory original lower foglights on any model year, locate the left stalk (sticking out of the steering column, you turn it for your headlights.) Now pull out on the end of it. To turn on the upper (roof) foglights, press the button in the dash to the left of the steering wheel, below your guages (make sure the covers are off.)
