if you mean how to remove the door lock, then you must remove the window and door cranks (assuming it's not power windows). Remove the armrest; remove the panel. get a mirror and a flashlight so that you can direct sight and light to the problem. You will notice that there is a u-shaped clip; it removes easily enough. when you pull that off, the door lock will fall off. Easy enough to replace it. Advice? replace the other side also so that you'll have 1 key for both doors. Get a chilton's mechanic repair book for more help. (No! chilton does not pay me for this!)
