Sound comes out of your mouth with three things that work together in creating it. the vocals folds the larynx and your lungs. When the sound comes out it comes out basically in the mid range frequencies to a minimum of lows freqs from 400hz to 2.5khz. once the sound is created and comes out of the mouth it comes out in a complex waveform which is a sound pressure wave (energy). everyone has a different and unique voice which make those complex waveforms really cool. once the sound reached the pinnae (outer ear) it goes through eardrum which converts that sound into a mechanical vibration which is then transfered to 3 bones. The hammer, the anvil and the stirrup. These three bones act as an amplifier (boosting the sound) and as a limiter (protecting your ears from harsh sounds). After it passes through those bones is goes through a tubular snail looking tube called the cochlea. in the middle of the cochlea there are 2 liquids and very tiny hairs that receive those waves and tells your brain what they are. and that's how we perceive sound and that's how sound is made from humans.
