Car in park!! Remove the plastic nut caps (5 of them). Loosen the lug nuts about two whole turns. Raise the car on a jack, following all safety precautions. Finish removing the nuts. If the wheel / tire doesn't come off easily, make sure nothing is under the car (tools, feet, etc) and whack the tire at the top and bottom or side to side, using the heels of your hands. If that still doesn't work, have it towed to a shop.
