Check the ignition coils. When they go bad the engine runs rough and you lose power.
it's governed at 130 MPH. depending on the condition of the engine it might not make it that fast.
There should be a map, either on top of the radiator, or glued to the underside of the hood. If not, go to a Library and look at some books.

the radio was either pulled out or the battery in the car was disconnected at some point you have to go to an Oldsmobile dealer if you do not have the unlock code they will be able to look up off the vin number and walk you through the steps to unlock it

What year? I know that 1985-1996 models had 15" rims from the factory. I would also guess that this is the case with earlier models as well but I cannot confirm that.
look in the owners manual! or go buy a hanes or chiltons manual from almost any part store. it will show you how to fix anything on your car.
the bearing is out of the colum go to a junk yard buy a replacement colum its the cheapest way out
