DO NOT BUY TRACFONE!!. They overcharged our minutes and when we called to ask for them to be refunded, they kept us on hold multiple times for up to an hour, stating that they had to "verify" something with another office. After an hour, they stated that the office was closed and they would contact us later. They did that to us two times and we never heard back from them. We have spoken with several other people who have had similar issues. Contact the Better Business Bureau if you have problems so they can help resolve the issue and monitor Tracfone's business practices. DO NOT BUY TRACFONE !
