I have had two windows regulators replaced on my 1999 Chrysler 300M. There is a lot of precise calibration that has to be done so the window forms a tight seal with the weather striping but at the same time, the force pushing up the window can't be so great that the window breaks. Its best to have a certified machanic replace them.
