My rule of thumb is to add 3 quarts and check the dipstick. If it doesn't register on the dipstick, add 1 quart and check again. Once it registers at the bottom of the range, you need to add 1 more quart.

Depends on if it has a stock oil pan or not. But it is probably 6 quarts but for sure 5 quarts. Park on a level surface, drain the oil, change the filter, add 5 quarts. Start the engine and let it run 1 minute. Shut off and wait 15 minutes. Check the level and top off. You now know exactly what it takes.
