I have a 1996 Firebird and it has 4. Two in the manifolds and one before the catalytic converter and one after.
In the exhaust manifolds.
check the O2 sensors
On a 1998 Pontiac Firebird with a 3.8L engine, there are typically two oxygen (O2) sensors. The first one, known as the upstream or pre-catalytic converter sensor, is located in the exhaust manifold or just before the catalytic converter. The second one, known as the downstream or post-catalytic converter sensor, is positioned after the catalytic converter in the exhaust system. Both sensors are essential for monitoring the exhaust gases and optimizing engine performance.
The o2 sensors on the 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT are found screwed into the exhaust pipe. There are 2 of these on the 2002 Grand Am GT.
If you mean o2 sensors, there is one. It is located on the exhaust manifold on the back side of the engine. Gm started the two o2 sensors around 94-95 when obdII was adopted.
There are two o2 sensors made for the 2001 Pontiac Aztek. Both are located on a exhaust piping of the vehicle. One is closer to the exhaust manifold, while the other is closer to the catalytic converter.
There are four o2 sensors on a montero sport.
how many o2 sensors on a ford e350 van 2003
The 2003 Pontiac Aztek is equipped with four oxygen sensors. There are two upstream (pre-catalytic converter) sensors and two downstream (post-catalytic converter) sensors. These sensors help monitor the air-fuel mixture and the efficiency of the catalytic converter for optimal engine performance and emissions control.
there are 2 o2 sensors they are both under the car on the passanger side. one is just in front of the cat towards the engine and the other is just behind the cat. easy to locate if you have access to a lift to get under the car. just follow the exhaust back to the engine and you can miss them..
The 2.5 has 2 O2 sensors (both on top of the engine) and the 3.5 has 4 O2 sensors (two on top, and two under the car).
There is a total of 3 O2 sensors 2 Upstream and 1 Downstram
