If you and your friends are beefy, like 200 lbs or more I would say 4 people is the limit. Also the little car bottoms out on speed bumps easier when it's loaded down.
had the bench seats in mine and had 5 in back 3 up front counting the driver with no modifications to the tracker at all hit bumps ruts even went off road better tractions though lol but yeah enjoy
