depending on road conditions and if you still have same size tires on your vehicle you can always look on your tag. Its located on frame or on door of the driver and it will tell you size of tires used originally and the psi that it should be pumped to. I belive its 32 i have one in the shop here i didnt really look at it.

I am looking around to replace the transmission on my 1995 Ford Windstar and the information that I received from several different mechanics is that the 1995 Windstar transmission is a "one year" transmission so you pretty much have to get a 1995 transmission for a 1995 windstar engine. I'm no mechanic and really have no idea but this is just what I've been told... someone out!

The 99 tires are much bigger than the 90 tires. With the smaller tires on the 99 you would be going slower than indicated on the speedometer.
