Hi I have a "Ford Tempo & Mercury Topaz" 1984-1994 Haynes Repair Manual. According to it. There isn't a sensor, but a cable. Which in my experience is soooo very much cheaper and easier to repair. $10to$20 cable last I checked at Autozone. The sensor for a neon was around $75.
A 1993 Ford Tempo typically has a cooling system capacity of about 10 to 12 quarts, which includes both the radiator and the engine block. This means it generally requires around 2.5 to 3 gallons of antifreeze when filled, depending on the specific model and whether the system is completely drained. It's important to refer to the owner's manual for exact specifications and recommendations.
