I'm having mine replaced today and it's costing £165.
No! My daughter had hers go out at 37 months. I'm curious if this is a common failure.
I recently did one. The bill was about 1300 dollars. This is because you must replace the slave cylinder with the clutch. This also included fluids and resurface the flywheel.

How to replace tranmission mount
First remove front axels, then remove the transmission, undo clutch bell housing. Add on new clutch pressure plate.....new clutch bell housing......put the transmission back in and axels
The master cylinder on a Ford Focus is typically located near the back of the engine bay, situated on the driver's side. It is connected to the brake pedal by a pushrod and is usually mounted on or near the brake booster. The reservoir for the brake fluid is often visible on top of the master cylinder. Depending on the model year, the exact location may vary slightly, so consulting the vehicle's manual is advisable for precise details.
I am trying to do the same thing those clips are hell to remove did you get them off?
Yes, it does have a hydraulic clutch Yes, it does have a hydraulic clutch
take the transmission out of the car and remove the old clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and throwout bearing/slave cylinder. It can be done with jackstands if they are tall enough. you will need to remove both axles too. there is a video of a 2.0L SPI engine with an mtx 75 transmission getting a new clutch on youtube, some 'carguy'. it's essentially the same procedure with some minor differences.
The brake fluid reservoir is mounted on the Master Cylinder. Drivers side near the firewall.
There may be some drag on the AC clutch when it is disengaged as the clutch 'free-wheels' during this time. When you engage the AC ,the clutch 'locks up' and the noise disappears. If the noise gets worse you may need to replace the clutch, if it stays the same and it not very loud, I would not replace it.
