depends on the size of the headers and the size of the carb. low end.... 650 carb, small tube headers, you can expect about 275 horsepower
adding headers will allow engine to breath better and boost up horsepower but not by much, headers also make you vehicle louder with pipes.
145 if it has a 2 barrel, 165 with the 4 barrel.
if you can find the hp. of the eng., you can add between 12-20 more hp. for the headers.

I have a 1994 Chevy pick up short bed. and i have about 240 stock. i have put a cold air intake on it which is an extra 30 horsepower. I also put headers on which imporved it aswell. I have flowmaster exhaust and i have about 310 horsepower.
about 255 to 260 horsepower stock i have a cold air and a throttle body spacer plus magnaflow exhaust and headers and i am making around 300 horse
The performance specifications at Chevy headers can be found at the nearest Chevy company that sells headers and have the specifications specified as well.
Advertised horsepower is, 2 barrel carb.- 215 HP @ 4400 RPMs. 4 barrel carb,- 225 HP @ 4600 RPMs.
The headers for a 350 and 305 are the same.
The 2 barrel version was rated 265 hp, the 4 barrel versions were 325, 350, 375, and 425 hp.
With a 4-barrel carb. 155hp @ 4000 rpm
Chevy says about 210hp.
