Begin by removing the oil from your oil pan. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts. Put a new gasket on your new oil pan and reverse the process.
If it's a Pontiac 350......and it should be, it is a direct swap. You don't need to change ANYTHING. Pull the 350 out and put the 455 in.
