sorry, these things are animals, there is almost never a simple clutch and seal overhaul, as hard parts fail....HUGE thorn in the side of Ford....you can expect 1800 or so... good luck :( also Everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and the library should have a professional shop manual available, for FREE, in the reference section(make copies of the correct sections) read up and fix it like a PRO! :) good luck-Dave
