You need to remove peripheral equipment and remove the heads.

Then, take the heads to a qualified automotive machine shop to determine if the heads can be salvaged. Often, when a timing belt skips a couple teeth, a piston may do more than just bend a valve, a valve may break and cause damage to the head and piston.

If too much damage has been caused, you may need to replace pistons and/or heads.

You need to tear the engine down before you can know how much damage has occurred.
