On the front of the engine
Yes
That would all depend on the size of your engine and your rear gearing.
No, the steel bumpers from a 1977 Camaro will not fit in a 1978 Camaro, As the 1978 "Bumper" is part of the front end. Taking off the 1978 "Bumper" would mean cutting it off, which would make the car look like something else.
More than a custard cream ;)
firing order chevy camaro z28 78 5.7
no
Depends on what your interpretation of "faster" is. Top speed, 0 to 60...etc. What engine, transmission and rear end gears? I can tell you this...the 78 Camaro had a 305.....maybe a 350. The 78 T/A was available with a Pontiac 400. More horsepower and torque than the Camaro. Both cars with the same drive train and gearing...with the top engine offered for both cars....the T/A is "faster".
ok good choice
165hp
No, not till 1978
