you can have this work custom done for you at any body shop they'll probably charge on the average of about $400 for the cut and body work. Then depening on the color of your car they will have to paint and blend which costs extra. ---- I have a '93 9C-1, 280 bhp, 330 tq, LT1, 460LE, Indiana State Police Interceptor, and it doesn't have those 92 skirts, yikes, I hate to say this but their so gd ugly, not removeable, and to invest in body work to make it look like a 93 is crazy, you can find a 93 or later 9C-1 hopefully, only if if you already have the 9C-1 option on your car, the 92, if not, don't bother with any body work because the car is simply not worth it, see if you can get a 93 9c-1 body or a complete car that needs engine work, ect, depending on your experiance, and your connection's, this would be a cost effective route, and you would have the real deal :D. You take your belt off (I assume it's already off if the tensioner is broke). And you take a ratchet and remove the bolt holding the tensioner in place. It is reverse thread. My S-10 had a 305 from a caprice and it would cut the bracket often because the pully would come off the bearing.
No, it's too wide.
Any other grille from a 1977-79 Caprice/Impala would be a good fit
Depends on what parts you're referring to, but most parts would be interchangeable

No, that would be about fifty years too early.
