To replace a lost key for a 1989 Ford F-150, you can obtain a new key by visiting a Ford dealership with your vehicle's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and proof of ownership. Alternatively, you can take the ignition lock cylinder to a locksmith who can create a new key based on the lock's tumblers. If you have a spare key, you can also use it to have duplicates made.
