If you do not know or do not have the tools to do this, you may want to let an experienced shop technician do it, fuel injection is not something to play around with. If you really want to take the risk, you will first need to remove the upper plenum of the intake manifold to access the injectors. The injectors and the Fuel Distributor (F/D) will come out as a unit. You need to remove the fuel supply and return lines form the F/D to remove it and release each individual injector from it's respective cylinder by squeezing the tabs and pulling the injector out of it's bore, being careful not to let dirt fall into cylinder because it may cause serious damage to internal engine parts. Different people have different opinions, but this is a common issue with 4.3L fuel systems and I recommend replacing all 6 injectors or you may be doing this all over again for each injector as it fails/clogs up. You might want to inspect the supply/return line pass through assembly as well seeing as they are also a common issue and now is the time to replace them. Remove injector(s) from F/D and replace as needed and reinstall as a unit being careful not to (A) knock dirt into cylinders and (B) kink and of the injector tubes and reassemble intake plenum making sure to use new gaskets and torque all fasteners to OE specifications.
