there is a 17 mm hex drive drain plug on the bottom of the trans. that's the drain. the fill plug is on the passenger side, about half way up the sidewall, also a 17mm hex plug. most likely your exhaust pipe will make it difficult to dump the fresh oil in. I don't know off hand how many quarts it takes.
If it has an automatic transmission, then yes. If it has a manual transmission, then usually, no.

The cable runs from behind the instrument cluster, through the firewall, to the transmission. I have a manual transmission and it mounts on the driver's side of the transmission.
