To change the oil on a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is cool. Start by removing the oil drain plug beneath the engine to let the old oil drain into a pan. Replace the drain plug, then remove the old oil filter and install a new one, making sure to lubricate the gasket with new oil. Finally, pour the new oil into the engine through the oil filler cap, using the recommended oil type and quantity, and check the dipstick to ensure the correct level.
