First separate the pitman arm from the center link, next remove the bolts holding the steering box so that it can be moved around to access the nut holding the pitman arm to the box remove this nut 34mm i think, next you will need a puller slide the puller over the pitman arm to push against the splined spindle you may have to push a rubber protector boot/seal up into the steering box in order to get your puller to go on. then pull away they can be very tight good luck, of course you just reverse this procedure to install the new one. note new pitman arms don't always sit as far up the box spindle as original ones and it can be put on 4 different ways so make note how the old one came off.
