The easiest way, assuming your fuel pump works, is to disconnect a fuel line and direct it to a suitable container (you may need an extra length of hose for this). Then turn the ignition to 'ON' not 'START' (do not try to start the engine). The fuel pump should do the work for you, switched on and off by the ignition.
