If the oil and water is mixing or exhaust is getting into the radiator, you have to pull the head, possibly have it milled to make it flat again and replace the gasket. If coolant is going into the exhaust you can probably fix it with liquid glass. There are a couple of different product available that are both the same thing. One comes in a bottle, mostly clear liquid with copper in the bottom. Follow the direction and it should work. This will only work on heads that leak coolant into the exhaust. It's only $6 so if it shouldn't work, you are not out a lot.
No it will not. The only thing that will fix a blown head gasket is to replace the gasket.

Replace the head gasket is the only fix.
If you remove the head then of course you replace the head gasket.Where can you get sodium silicate to fix a blown head gasket?Know that adding sodium silicate to an engine is only a temporary fix for a blown head gasket and will not permantly fix the problem. The only permanent fix is to replace the head gasket. I would never add any head gasket fix material to any engine.
