Not sure whats broken. If it just does not work anymore but is still in one piece then it may have a dead battery or lost programming. Either way you will have to get it reprogramed. The dealer or a friend whos a mechanic can do it. If it is NOT an OEM (original equipment manufacture) remote you will have to get with a company who services it. And they are called "key fob's". If the Fob's are working but the door does not lock or unlock it could be a bad actuator or a bad relay or blown fuse. If these terms are foreign sounding to you then I would suggest seeking a professional mechanic.

Standard 4.2L had 275 hp. A Trailblazer EXT had a optional 5.3L which had 290 hp.
The EXT is longer and has a 3rd row
Any colour you wish.
no, but the trailblazer ext is bigger than the regular trailblazer
it could be the idler puller rubbing on the bearings. we had to replace it on our 2006 Chevy trailblazer ext.

Your 2003 Chevrolet trailblazer radio probably cut though because of a loose or corroded ground wire. The positive wire may also be loose.
The rear blower motor resistor location for a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer Ext LT is beneath the passenger side of the dash.
Because there is a known issue with the brake lamps on the 2003 Trailblazer. I own a 2003 Trailblazer and had to take it in for service on a recall due to the issue. Take it to your Chevy dealer and have them check the VIN to see if the recall was ever done.
