The only one I can think of is the exhaust Y-pipe may not fit from the 305 to the 350.

An olds 350 engine such as one that they put in the 1979 toronados. Don't think you could put a Chevy 350 in without major mods.
Try Advance Adapters website. They should have the parts you need for this swap.
